Working principle of TDS series water well drilling rig

TDS series water well drilling rig is a kind of fully hydraulic open-pit drilling equipment. It uses the power of a diesel engine to form a high-pressure oil circuit by driving a hydraulic oil pump, and by manipulating various related hydraulic control valves on the console, it drives the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic cylinder to complete various predetermined actions.

When working, the starting power pushes the handle of the rotary control valve on the console, and the pressure oil drives the rotary motor on the rotary device to rotate through the rotary control valve.

Push the handle on the walking control valve to realize the forward, backward, turning and other actions of the whole machine.

Push the handle on the console to control the actions of each relevant cylinder and hoist motor, and complete the pitch of the guide rail and the telescopic action of the unloading cylinder, the outrigger cylinder, the telescopic cylinder, and the positive and negative rotation of the hoist motor.

Push the handle on the soil of the propulsion control valve to realize the telescopic action of the propulsion cylinder, and drive the wire rope to feed and lift.When the propulsion cylinder shrinks and the rotary device is turning forward, the ball valve on the intake pipe is opened at the same time to supply the pressure air from the air compressor into the drill pipe and the impactor. The impactor works and blows the broken rock out of the ground, so as to realize the continuous feed of the broken rock of the impactor, forming rock drilling through.

The handles on the confluence control valve are used in combination with the propulsion and rotary handles respectively, which can realize the rapid action of the rotary device and the propulsion cylinder.
