1. How to improve the compressor’s exhaust volume?

2. Why is the exhaust temperature limit in the compressor very strict?

For the compressor with lubricating oil, if the exhaust temperature is too high, it will make the lubricating oil viscosity decrease    and the lubricating oil performance deteriorate; it will make the light capital fraction in the lubricating oil volatilize rapidly and cause “carbon accumulation” phenomenon. The actual proof, when the exhaust temperature exceeds 200℃, the “carbon” is quite serious, which can make the channel of the exhaust valve seat and spring seat (valve file) and the exhaust pipe blocked, so that the channel yin force increases; the “carbon” can make the piston ring stuck in the piston ring groove, and lose the seal. Role; if the role of static electricity will also make “carbon” explosion, so the power of the compressor water-cooled exhaust temperature does not exceed 160 ℃, air-cooled not more than 180 ℃.

3. What are the causes of cracks in machine parts?
